Below the different parts of the book that are divided in chapiters.

Each part is divided in a summary of chapiters, so it will be easy to jump from one to another.

The chapiters are not more lenght than 1 or 2 pages, so it’s not hard to read it. What is hard is to understand the English automatic translation, but anyway, keep the idea!

Just a few words about what it is behind the book as introduction.

The largest part. How the action of a manger is so important in order to avoid the collaps of the company.

Which actions or actitudes contribute most to the collapse.

The second largest. We always manage some one.  Not only the CEO manages, but any manager for small his unit is manage someone.

The company. How the company is structured and wich goals wants to achieve.

The manager  can contribute to the collapse by his action (agendo il management) or by his actitude towards his team (agendo sul management). But he is not alone, depending on the goals of the company and his environement his contribution will be more or less effective.

The easiest way for the collapse, forgiven why we are there managing. We are there to manage a company that’s something concrete, with products and external contributors to the succes. A company is not a flou or a piece of paper.

The faster way to collapse, forget the customer and you’ll collapse sooner than later.

You can always survive from public help. But that’s just survive, you’ll never succed.
